This will tell PowerLine that you are using a compatible font (as in, it contains the required characters). By default, the code assumes fonts don't include the codepoints and instead uses the "Left Half Block" character.
There are multiple versions of Cascadia Code available that include ligatures and glyphs. All versions of Cascadia Code can be downloaded from the Cascadia Code GitHub releases page. Windows Terminal ships Cascadia Code and Cascadia Mono in its package and uses Cascadia Mono by default.

Now the only problem currently is how to change this in windows powershell. I integrated the powershell in my vs code so there also I was not able to find this theme(or desired result). All I could find is the color but not the arrow and that fancy icons or what the jargon is.

Cascadia Code is the latest monospaced font shipped from Microsoft and provides a fresh experience for command line experiences and code editors. Cascadia Code was developed hand-in-hand with the new Windows Terminal application. This font is most recommended to be used with terminal applications and text editors such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
You can use this new font everywhere. For example I use it in Terminal, Visual Studio Code and since a few days, in Visual Studio 2019.You can install the latest version from the official releases page on GitHub: -code/releases
After the download, you can open the .ttf file and click on "Install".If you have a previous version of the font, the new version overwrite the old one.I recommend to uninstall the previous version before the new installation.
After trying this font on my vscode, I switched back to Fira code, but it's a personal choice. Personally, I Think Cascadia is more "blocky" and visually made it more difficult to understand the code I'm writing. Do you had any problems like me?
Microsoft released a nice new ligature-friendly open source font this week called Cascadia Code. It'll eventually be shipped with the open source Windows Terminal (you can get it from the store fee) but for now you can just download and install the TTF.
Run these commands from PowerShell or PowerShell Core. I recommend PowerShell 6.2.3 or above. You can also use PowerShell on Linux too, so be aware. When you run Install-Module for the first time you'll get a warning that you're downloading and installing stuff from the internet so follow the prompts appropriately.

GOTCHA: If you are using WSL2, it'll be lightning fast with git prompts if your source code is in your Ubuntu/Linux mount, somewhere under /. However, if your source is under /mnt/c or /mnt anywhere, the git calls being made to populate the prompt are super slow. Be warned. Do your Linux source code/git work in the Linux filesystem for speed until WSL2 gets the file system faster under /mnt.
At the time of this writing there is active talk of getting Powerline and other Nerd Fonts into Cascadia Code, the new font that ships with Windows Terminal. In the short term, you can get a forked version of Cascadia Code called Delugia Code and download that.
Microsoft has released a new font for command-line applications and code editors. The new and sleek monospaced font known as Cascadia Code was created hand-in-hand with the Windows Terminal. The name Cascadia Code is the remnant of the fact, that the Windows Terminal project codename was Cascadia before its release.

If your Font ligatures vscode not working then you must firstly check if you have installed the right fonts which support this Feature. Not all Fonts supports Font Ligatures, you can install the supported fonts from Microsoft's official site. If you have installed Fira code in vs code and its not working check your settings.json if the editor.fontFamily is updated with a value of "Fira Code" and editor.fontLigatures is set to true. If its not try restarting your vs code.
This is a highly recommended font for using with some terminal applications of Microsoft and text editors like Microsoft Visual Studio Code.
